Welcome to 2026 Tillicum Tiger Families!

As we look ahead to 2026, I want to take a moment to share the exciting learning opportunities that await our students this year. At Tillicum Elementary, our commitment remains strong: ensuring every student grows academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

This year, our primary academic focus is on reading and math, as these foundational skills open doors to success across all subjects. Throughout the winter and early spring, students will engage in high-quality instruction, small-group learning, and targeted support designed to strengthen comprehension, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Families play an important role in this work. Simple actions such as reading with your child each night, asking them about what they learned in math, and encouraging effort and curiosity make a powerful difference.

Most importantly, we want students to feel proud of their learning and confident in their abilities. Our staff is dedicated to meeting students where they are, celebrating progress, and providing the support needed for every child to succeed.

Thank you for your continued partnership and trust. Together, we will make 2026 a year of growth, learning, and success for all Tillicum Tigers.

Make it a Great Day,
Jason Hill
